    Well the 21 being charged doesn’t amount to much of anything. Looking at the DNR site it breaks down the charges by county, the number of individuals and possible charges. It appears as if two have already pleaded guilty.
    The first 10 face Federal charges up to 5 years. Regardless, many are still doing this. As long as people buy the fish, someone will be there to sell it.

    Actually you are inaccurate in mentioning The Big Winnie Bar and Grill. Also the email stating the 10 being charged were Tribal members is also not accurate.
    It is great to see action against those destroying out resources. Just be sure that the information floating around doesn’t tarnish someone else not involved.
    Also, many more are also doing the same thing currently. Things were still being investigated last summer. Different from those now being charged.
