They fixed the fuse issue. I brought my older one into Marcum and they replaced a cable harness and no more blown fuses. So if you have an older one ask customer service about it they will take care of you. It’s a great unit at a great price. I sold mine only because I prefer the dial style.

Dale and I headed out on Saturday and they are still in the same depths as Turk mentioned. Find the bait and the fish are there massive white bass, sauger and walleye, it was a good day and am sure the bite will continue to improve with the colder weather coming.

Trolling will work just fine. Wisconsin side was good last Saturday.

They are finding them up by Bemidji already. I would guess with warmer temps this week they should be gangbusters especially southern Minnesota.

I went there this week. They were beyond crazy busy with requests. I dropped off my lx-5 and my showdown dual beam on Tuesday and was back on Wednesday to pick them up no problems and I haven’t had any problems with their customer service. An email with versa is much more effective than a call which I have found out. Wish it would have worked out better for you.

Golds, glow, bright colors. Slender spoons in 1/8th or 5/16th oz any gold version is excellent and I would guess the gold pro slender spoons would be good too. Dead stick vertigo frisbee in clown, firetiger or glow red. Or keep it simple with a gold, glow or bright colored jig.

I would say Winni as well. Highbanks, or Denny’s has sleepers that will fit your needs.

That white bass was a beast! Didn’t take long once the walleyes kicked it into high gear. Great time as always Dale!

This year you catch all the weighable fish. I will catch every other species just like last time on Pepin. It will be fun to be back after a couple year hiatus.
