yes, I’m still around. Answers that I have.

Haven’t been to St croix yet. Only made it to Red Wing once for the whites. pretty busy.

Cats eat good. Trim all dark and yellow colored meat and fry them up. Fresh, not frozen.

I like flathead better than channel. Firmer, whiter meat. Don’t kill any big ones. 10lb range is good.

Wish that the weather would warm up, get the feedbag on the kitties again.

to the best of my knowledge, you can use any 12 volt battery.

I have used my flasher for 2 day on a 7 amp battery and was at the tail end of power. I don’t have any experience with the camera, so couldn’t tell you how a battery lasts.

Electronics are fuse protected. 12 volts is 12 volts and electronics draw from the available amperage as they need.

    your welcome

I shot my bow for the first time this spring. (2 inch groups at 20 yards, good for me) I’ll be shooting almost daily from now on. I won’t miss the heart at 40 yds come the middle of September.

There is nothing better, except maybe a big cat.

    I just can’t wait.

    Thanks all for the welcome.

Sounds like I came to the right place to expand my horizons.

Got to get some work done around here so that I don’t feel guilty on the water wednesday.

Got to get a new user name.

    nice to meet you, sorta.

Knife Lake was giving up a few crappies (nice eaters) before the cold fronts dropped the temps so bad. Got a bunch of sunnies and some dandy perch a week ago sat.

Thats the last time I was out.

Maybe talk to you on wednesday.
