Maybe its a new anti-theft system.

mine make the most annoying sound when the battery is low you have no choice but to put a new battery in, even if its the middle of the night.
I can only talk about the climate and its nothing but good things. Versatility is the best with this suit. All the suits are really warm, but with the liners out you climate suit can be worn for fall fishing and early spring. Some of the other suits would just be way to warm for these periods.
Make one of these and put it by the boat. Put some antifreeze in the bottom and you wont have the problem of them in your boat.
the mode I switch to is black for that reason. I always figured if I could turn off the GPS it might help. I normally don’t need GPS.
I’ve got one laying around the house but I am about 4 hours from you.
I do like to use my HDS on the ice and like what someone else said about being able to see the history. The bad part is that the normal vex battery is only good for a few hours of fishing. So I built a box and stand for a regular size battery, only problem now is the weight. Since the smaller batteries only give you a few hours of fishing I would skip the Lowrance Ice Pack and just order the parts you need and build your own box around a bigger battery. I put a ram ball on mine and move it from the boat to the ice fishing box. It also makes it sit up higher so your not staring at the ice.
Just some knowledge from scuba diving, sound travels 4-5 times faster underwater. When your diving and hear something you don’t know what direction its coming from because the sound reaches your both ears to soon.
Personally I don’t think sound is really an issue, never found any ears on a fish. Vibration I think has more of an effect.
Why not just send the liner in and you can still wear the outer part just have to put on some other insulation layers.
I always thought vexilar. I took a Marcum lx-3 and Vexilar FL8 on a trade, I use my Marcum as my go to and the Vexilar is for anyone who’s out and doesn’t have one or as a back up. With the bottom lock feature in Marcum, I wouldn’t go with a Vexilar. You have to go all the way to an 18 before its on a Vex. On top of that the Marcum bottom lock can be adjusted whereas I don’t think you can adjust anything on the 18.
I’m afraid with a new electric stuffer, when stuffing brats if I have a blow out by the time I stop it I’ll loose so much meat out and have a mess. Especially when I do snack sticks.
I run a foot pedal with my grinder which also has a stuffer attachment. This works awesome. The foot pedal plugs into the outlet and then you plug your grinder into it, so it would work with any grinder.
I guess I view them like the prepare to stop signal flashing before the light turns red. Its telling you, you don’t have enough time to pass. You didn’t complete your pass before the red lights turned on, there for you passed a bus with red lights flashing. The other lights are a warning and just like the stop light one it doesn’t mean go faster.
It appears you have a lot of assumptions on how things should work. I would suggest you maybe sign yourself up for a ride along with one of your local law enforcement. Maybe instead of laughing at your kids remark you can use it as a teaching moment that officers are walking into an unknown situation all the time and they have no idea how the interaction with someone is going to occur, so they use the light to see better. It is also used as a protection, you ever look at that light and try and see where the officer is at? They can assess the situation with some concealment and determine any safety risks.
I’ll apologize for the officer that his ESP was turned off and didn’t pick up you transmitting that your a law abiding citizen with no intent to cause him harm or intentionally break the law. I’m sure he is sorry for scaring your kid while doing what he can to maintain a safety for everyone.
This picture always gets posted as a general idea. I would agree with Pailofperch in figuring that there are spots at least 3 inches less somewhere.
I know this isn’t an option of yours but I would look at the climate, I know its a little more but you can take out a layer of insulation in the bibs. This is really nice when your on the ice in below zero weather versus 20-30 degrees. I also get more of 3 season use out of them, with fall fishing and Rainy River fishing in the spring. Like the other guy said he has shorts on in -10 and when you get above zero, I image he is just way to toasty.
I bought the 1hp Cabelas one last year and it is awesome! It will grind like crazy and the attachments for stuffing work amazing. Attach the tube and the auger has an extension to help case the meat. It is slick.
I don’t regret it one bit. Also picked up a foot pedal for it which is a must if your using it to stuff. Well not a must but is sure beats having to flip the switch all the time.
When I was in the Cabela’s in Grand Forks an employee said they will be doing an end cap or a certain area in each department which will contain the same junk they would put in the bargain cave.
I have a Hustler and it is awesome. Easy to use and I would go with any of their models.
Never use my sliders on the topper or truck. I just see them as lines in my mirror is all.
Like Dean said, if its a line issue most likely its right at the housing of the pump. Open up the compartment and just watch. Or plug the inlet of the livewell and fill the livewell up with water and find it that way.
Buy a chain and chain it up to something in the yard. Do what ever you can to make it more difficult to just drag away.
That’s cheap. Do u own a pair? EVERYTHING I own that is “breathable” tends to leak in heavy rains or if I lean on them against something…curious how the waders work.
I have a set of the Breathable Dry-Plus and they are awesome. They don’t leak and I have had mine for about 7-8 years now. I would never buy neoprene waders, my buddy has gone through multiple sets and I am still on the same ones. It’s also nice when you get out of the water your waders are dry, this is especially nice when my buddy is putting on frozen or stiff neoprene waders and mine go on no problem.
I wear a Tree Spider Micro Harness. It is very quiet and comfortable. I also wear a Scent Blocker jacket which is designed to go with the harness. It clips in the jacket and has a slot for the tether line to come out. They also make an auto belay device that will slowly lower you to the ground if you do fall out of the tree. All great stuff and when you are use to wearing it, you feel naked in the tree.
I own a log home and the best advise has been given. Find someone that builds log homes to do the inspection for you. There is no law out there for who can do home inspections. Your contract will say the choice of who to choose is up to you.
Find out who they went through for doing the maintenance of the logs and check with them about how often it was done. 4-5 years is normal for getting everything touched up again. For the cost, the wife and I have found it best to make monthly payments to a separate account so when it comes time to be re-stained and caulked you already have it set aside. Its not as big of deal then.
They are more maintenance but for how solid the house is, you can’t beat em. Typically your R-value on a log home is better than stick built construction, so your heating would be less when compared.
