    My chick wouldn’t be caught dead on the ice. Midwestern girl who can’t stand the cold… go figure. Thermostat wars in the household, I keep it on 68, she’s always cranking it up to 70.

    I’m surprised Marcum doesn’t have a rep assigned to monitor the forums and address questions like these. There’s an open water forum that I frequent and Shimano has a rep who is a member and his gig is to answer people’s questions about different products. Excellent idea from a CS standpoint.
