Fished on Sunday, Feb. 19. Launched at Hagar City ramp around 6:30 AM. Water temp 35.6 deg. Headed to Pool 4 dam area to start. About 30 boats in the dam side and another 30+ in the lock area below the island. Fished for 6 hrs and not a single bite. Dragging ringworms, and Dubuque rigs with plastics in 10 to 16 fow both slow drift downstream and slow troll upstream. Lots of boats arrived all morning. Saw two fish caught. Expected a much hotter bite but such is fishing. Was great to get out on the water in a boat.

We were pitching to rip-rap over a fairly steep break into deeper water.

Thanks for the info! At least it hasn’t fried your car electronics or your boat’s so far. Think I will give it a try. Sure tired of always having to top off batteries after a long day on the water.
