The dealer at the boat show said that even though they have come a long way that if you are in a lake prone to heavy weeds or debris to stay away from them. I can tell you that I spend plenty of time on the water and I have yet to see one in person floating. They are a very cool looking boats but you are probably better off with a good old I/O with a large swim deck.

Call it about $8 a square foot for commercial epoxy. You do the math. I have a commercial grade epoxy on my garage and love it. Only complaint is if I don’t heat the garage all the time the floor sweats like a pop can because the water has no place to go since it is sealed up so good.
May 7, 2014 at 7:41 pm #1409162Wether he said sod or not you can’t have seed and quick in the same sentence. Kind of an oxymoron. If you want to use seed then plan to wait for it to grow. Your talking a minimum of 3 weeks plus a whole second season before it thickens.
April 7, 2014 at 6:08 am #1402255Leech is a big lake so you need to give some indication on where you are going to stay and when for some ideas. It could be difference of 10 minutes to 1 hour of running time to get to a spot.
Most all rocky points on the lake are good starting points. I haven’t fished a point up there without success yet.
March 30, 2014 at 2:00 pm #1400401No matter the winner tonight it will be a great west battle next weekend. SCSU/Gophers against UND will make for some great hockey.
After the play last night by the Huskies they have their work cut.
Go Huskies
March 23, 2014 at 12:17 pm #1398575I saw a woodchuck on February 2nd and he should have not come out looking for his shadow.
Only a matter of time now.
March 12, 2014 at 5:38 pm #1395687Had seen a bunch of trees tapped by Milaca today when I drove by. I thought it is a little early yet but maybe it is time.
March 8, 2014 at 9:06 pm #1394900I would be surprised if the city touches it. Most cities are saying once it is past the curb it is your problem, not theirs. Just be prepared to still have to call a plumber it to thaw.
March 8, 2014 at 2:01 pm #1394867Just teach your dog to crap in the neighbors yard and no issues at all, every year all year. Just hope they have a dog to
March 4, 2014 at 5:07 am #1393527This seems more ecimonical than replacing the jack. Still gives you options if you do need to roll it.
March 3, 2014 at 6:50 am #1393268My kids heard it was going to be in the 20’s this week and you would have thought Christmas was coming they were so excited.
I’m wearing shorts the first day it hits 40. That will feel like summer after what we have been through.
Just setting us for a cool summer.
February 22, 2014 at 4:12 pm #1390778My neighbor has one and he loves it. I think he paid $300 for it but he wears it all the time because he works out in the elements fairly often. It is a warm jacket to start with but he turns it on when he starts to get cold. I haven’t heard one complaint from him so far.
February 15, 2014 at 2:28 pm #1388936In Minnesota, if you hold a Conceal Carry permit you are able to carry your handgun concealed or openly. You may carry a long gun openly if you hold a conceal carry permit as well.
If you do not hold a conceal carry permit all handguns must unloaded and cased when transporting. You can transport an unloaded long gun but there are specific rules to this as well.
February 15, 2014 at 2:23 pm #1364097The guys that tested the law years ago by all walking into a restaurant to have lunch open carrying had a nice fat payday because someone did call the police and the police ended up getting sued for harassment because they had no right to handle it the way they did.
I am betting this discussion has come up in WI many of times and I bet they tread lightly on this as to avoid additional law suits.
February 15, 2014 at 1:49 pm #1364090I am not saying it is a good idea but if Wisconsin has an open carry law I am sure that law enforcement are fully aware of the rules and most likely would not pull someone over because of the handgun being exposed.
Now if it was on the dash and the police see it upon approaching the vehicle for other reasons it could make for a very uncomfortable situation.
On the other hand if the individual that was open carrying was doing so in a threatening way then the law enforcement would act on the report and pull someone over for that.
Simple solution, get a concel and carry permit and no one has to know. Sounds like there might be some insecurtiy of some individuals out there that need to feel like the big man on campus by showing their stuff.
MN has an open carry law as well but very few people would ever exercise that right since you have to have a CC permit to open or conceal carry.
January 31, 2014 at 5:42 pm #1384900Your right on the house because is really more of an investment. This guy changed my life. He can be a little over the top at times but some great stuff. I pay cash for everything. If I don’t have the money then I don’t buy it. I would love a brand new Walleye rig for $40,000 but until I save enough pennies to spend that I will be riding in my Crestliner Sportfish that is payed for.
I can’t tell you how much more I enjoyed my truck after it was paid off. You see I had a truck loan before I listened to Dave. Never again will that happen. Everyone wants to keep up with the Jones now days and we wonder why 50% of Americans live paycheck to paycheck. The end.
January 31, 2014 at 4:52 pm #1384881If you can’t pay cash you can’t afford it. Ask Dave Ramsey about loans. The borrower is the salve to the lender.
January 12, 2014 at 7:52 pm #1379265Too the guy that said the battery life on a 5s is horrible. Have you owned an iPhone or did you hear that info? I have no battery issues on my 5s and my FW has no issues on her 4s. I plugged mine in on Friday night, used it a good amount surfing and checking email most of the day Saturday and streamed music for about 5 hours today. Looking at the battery life right now and it is saying 55% left. Usage time of 6 hours 59 minutes and 1 day 13 hours standby.
It is so funny how many people have opinions about phones they have never owned. I have owned windows, blackberry, android and apple platforms of phones and I will not go back to android, windows or blackberry
My vote is for an apple iPhoneJanuary 3, 2014 at 8:18 pm #1376613I have had 3 droids from 3 different company’s and now an iPhone. After running apple for over 2 years I will be staying with iPhone. I am current running an 5s and love it. I will be staying with Apple
December 23, 2013 at 6:18 pm #1373755You can share all your apps with multiple devices even if they’re not on the same iTunes account. I currently have five different Apple devices sorry six different Apple devices and I sync them to my PC and then transfer those items to the four different iTunes accounts that I hold with the wife and kids. So I buy one iTunes app from app store and I can transfer that to the other three iTunes devices as long as I sync them to my non-Apple PC.
You were going to get the Ford and Chevy debate here. Apple versus android. The thing is get what you’re used to you all ready have the iPhones you better off getting iPad because the iPads and iPhones work so well together that you will be very happy with what you have in the end.
I had owned three android devices and switch the Apple sheerly because I find that the reliability behind any of the different manufactures of android devices aftertime became very buggy and slow down the processing of the apps and shut the phone down all of the sorts since only my Apple devices that I switched to ask me a year ago I have never been happy and most likely will never go back and right as it sits today
Happy shopping and I recommend the ipad.
December 18, 2013 at 5:26 pm #1372572This is exactly what is wrong with this world today. Who gives a flying pigs feet as to what ones person’s opinions are about a subject. We are so caught up in Political crap mess that every time somebody says something it results in this drawn-out emotional tirade. If I want to say what I feel as my opinion, why should that impact you and why should you even care. As long as Phil is stating his opinion have your own opinion stated and get over it. Everyone needs to quit blowing this stuff out of per portion.
We truly are going to a road that I think we can never come back up, this is ridiculous. We all as a society should be embarrassed if we really listened to ourselves.
November 23, 2013 at 9:51 pm #136618424 gun liberty here. No problems at all. I hope I never have to have the fire rating tested.
November 22, 2013 at 6:19 pm #1365953I’ve had my Crestliner in 2 times for warranty work and it is an 04′. I always took mine to the repair shop at where they used to build them.
Have you called customer service yet? I will have to say years ago I had a snowmobile issue and 2 dealers told me they contacted the manufacture and they would not warranty. So I made a call to the company and low and behold I had all issues repaired in 2 days at the dealer that told me no? Funny how things work.
November 13, 2013 at 7:37 pm #1363851Some of these ads are planned out months in advance with the manufacture. The blame on this could go both ways. Did vexilar not fulfill orders requested by Scheels or did Scheels just not order enough?
For someone who shops and is looking for the deal it is frustrating but life will go on. You can still get your Vexilar and the sun is still going to come up tomorrow.
Personally I have never had a bad expirience at Scheels and I think that their ability to serve the customers is some of the best out there.
It’s unfortunate that you feel they way you do, if you aren’t happy then speak by taking your business elsewhere. For me, I will be shopping at Scheels tomorrow
October 28, 2013 at 11:55 pm #1202708I went to Northern Tool set on buying a powerhouse generator. What’s a few decibels right? He started them all right there in the store. Changed my mind, Honda all the way, no comparison for reliability and noise.
