not just those had many broken bills on shad raps fat raps and especially the shallower runners. hit a rock on the retrieve and they would be broken. they never stood behind them then and stopped buying them. do any of you remember those baits.

Had the same trouble with 60 hp merc. 4-stroke voltage regulator was out had it replaced and works good as new. I had that problem for about a year, less than 300$ fixed and dont have to worry about it anymore.

Go Hawks. As a life long fan of Iowa and the 11 you almost have to root for any Big Ten team except Ohio St. and Michigan. I was in West Virginia when Iowa played the Wolverines, seen a sign there that their favorite teams are the Mountaineers and whoever plays Rich Rods. Wolves. The people really don’t care for him after he left.

For the first time in his career Farve will not have to be relied upon totally to win games. The supporting cast has proven to be farely solid with the Vikes. As long as he does not turn the ball as often as the starting qbs have in the past. You can go all the way back to Cullpepper with this situation of turn overs in big games. As long as he doesn’t lose 3 or 4 games this year with turn overs it will be an upgrade. Then the possibilities of a deep playoff run are possible. The o-line will have to protect him well, but with his ability to read defenses he should be able to come up with some big plays when teams put 8 or 9 in the box.Just my thoughts

You may also get a good estimate on how much they hold by the size of the containers.

Pool 9 at Lansing crested Tuesday evening and is on the fall. The water should start falling today sometime in pool 10.

Always have been a vikes fan myself, but a lot of the fans that say they hate #4 Ibelieve said that out of what he did against the purple. All that said he was a great qb for a long time. He also had a couple of rough seasons to start out in GB. May be time to take a couple of lumps with #7 to get him all the time he needs. Not that Sage is not capable, but how many years does he have in the tank. I remember the Twins giving up on Big pop a few years ago and look what happened there.

Tony, if you are just going to let someone take your stuff, you could have just left it in my boat! I had the same thing happen to me about 18 years ago. Hope all the good people on here will keep their eyes open in the papers and at the pawn shops for you. I know they don’t give those St. Croix’s away. Good luck on finding some, or all of your equipment.

It just seems that any question can be answered on this place. It is great to know that there is help available when needed on any subject. I know I do not post very much, but this page is my home page and it is the first thing I look at when I get on the web. Just saying thanks to all posters on all subjects.

If looking at that doesn’t make you want to get the boat out, I’m not sure anything will. Nice fish and congratulations. May have to get up to pool 4 soon myself.

I usually do not fish for gills until late July. The last two years the river has been high at this time and has had the fish more spread out than in the previous years. I fish pool 9 frequently in the summer and the bigger fish have been harder to come by with the high water. Also some of the gills that I did catch last August still had eggs in them, so I think the high water did keep some of the bigger fish, or maybe most of the gills in 9 from spawning. Just my thought.

I was on ido fishing about an hour ago and the web site went to go-daddy.com. I could not get to the fishing or the hunting sites.I thought that I had done something very wrong and was not going to be able to access this site anymore without having problems. Thank goodness the problem seems to be cleared up.

I fished Desoto point this afternoon. I seen 1 carp snagged and 1 small walleye caught. I was only there for 1 pass. Just making sure boat was going to run ok.
