I love salmon drizzled with olive oil, fresh rosemary and one lemon. Bake it at 300 in aluminum foil…. It sound simple but it’s so good. Use one lemon, squirt some juice around it and place some of them on top… I made this one Valentines day; and got great reviews! I’m sure you could do this just as easy on the grill as in the oven.

I feel your pain, alot of “marinades” use sugars, brine in a salt bath for a couple hours and while you’re getting your smoker ready get a small fan to blow on the Salmon, helps dry it, about an hour should do it. Smoke as you would normally but keep the cinders a little hotter then you would for a regualr smoking session.

For something quick, if you have some cream of mushroom or golden mushroom condensed soup use it and add 1/2 cup of milk, bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer. Add the cooked meatballs and serve over rice or pasta.

You can also make a quick tomato sauce and put the cooked meatballs in and serve over pasta.

Put the chicken in the crock pot. Top it with sliced or chopped onions. Sprinkle the seasoning packet over the chicken and onions and add the water. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Enjoy!
