Thats what I get for not posting a question here. I talked to 2 different Toyota teks and they had different fixes . One wanted to run a wire from the front and the other said he could do it but I would have to leave it. Yeah right .So I finally jumped in and did it myself. The wireing was there for a 4 plug flat and I had a kit to get the 5th so I just did it. The wire in the tail light are pretty fine so I was alittle nervous. I got my tester and found the hot wire while in reverse and spliced it in. As far as I know that was the only option.

I have a 08 Highlander since April and we love it . I towed my bass boat to the Lake of the Ozarks. (20 ft boat 225 outboard) and had no problems at all. With all the hills we still got over 16mpg . Much better traveling in this than 4 people in an extended cab truck. The kids were still toooo close but thats another story. Great SUV. Dave

Wireing can be alittle tricky if you need a 5 flat. You gotta go into the tail light and steal juice from the back up light to release your brakes.

You can learn something from your partner every time, well almost every time you go out. Two fisherman can figure things out much quicker than one. I have fished a few of these and most of the am. sticks are pretty good. I bet they have saved a pros day more times than they would care to admit. To bad they dumped them for now.

I am in also, when is the draw? It ought to be great timing if the water stays stable this spring. The grass is a little iffy if we get tooo much rain. If any one gets down here some weekend I could give you the tour. Wont do ya much good for the tourny but you might learn something.

You might check into Clayton County also. They have killed almost twice as many deer as any other county.I hunt in Lee and Van Buren.Van Buren is right up there at 2nd or third on the list.We killed a 165 and a 150 plus this weekend plus a few dinks for the first timers. The weather was terrible all weekend but ya gotta go , its only 5 days a year.Good luck

I pulled a card tonight and had another pic of the nice buck I call Sticker. Can’t be sure because his head is behind the licking branch but his sticker is visible. Third pic is a good shot of him.

Ok I can see the stem but it still looks like the skin is tore. I will have to wait for to view the footage before I am sure . Hate to be stubborn but thats the way I see it.

Looks like a Rage broadhead hole to me . I cannot fault him for making the shot when it counted ,but I have watched alot of big name pros who gotta have the broadside shot or nothing.

I agree, giant buck. Anyone want to address the shot placement. All the pros preach the broadside shot. Looks to be like he shot this one from the front. I would take that shot if he was close but that is not the shot many pros would take. Some won’t even take that shot with a rifle.

Be real carefull were you set 220s also because they will kill what they catch, even someones prize bird dog. Cats are no big loss

These two bucks are from my cams but the drop tine is from Ohio. The one with the sticker ran by me last week while I was waiting on a load of beans. I think he will work for one of my tags.

I finished my in Oct last year, it was quite a job. We used Eagle windows and I like them real well. They keep the drafts and cold wind out and are easy to remove.

It is gone as of today on my system. I surfed thru last nite and it was there now its gone. They did have alot of paid programing like the really creepy guy selling colon cleanser. Not my idea of fine outdoor programing.

That truck monkey stuff is great. Well worth the extra clean up I think. .And Slop, I have been known to do something like that, but when you lock it it cherps the horn so I am pretty sure I locked it. Even if I did not the thief would have to be trying every car in the line hoping to find one that is unlocked and that seems unlikely. I wouldnt think the thieves down at branson were that advanced to decode the remote but I believe it might have happened.

Hey Mike , What are your reasons for shortening your chains on connibear traps? I seldom use the chain usually staking thru the the spring but I have never shortened them intensionally.

Using a large bite hook will increase you hook up but will be much harder on the smaller fish you catch.I find you get many more hooks in the eyes of smaller bass and I really hate that.A 5/0 hook will do this alot. I only use them for 10″ worms or big brushhogs to help eliminate smaller biters. I like to use 3-4/0 hooks in tubes mostly 3’s.

I lost a 2 man ladder stand after Ia. gun season. It was only up for 10 days! And it was locked with a cable lock, all of it gone. . If I catch them with my stand it will not be pretty.

I have 2 cameras out yet nand have seen bucks with and without their racks. Its a great time to have a camera out.95%of the pics are daytime so I get some nice video clips from my camera.I did see the big 8 I was hunting in the background as some does tripped the cam.

Thats true, a friend of mine has taken 3 cats and says the meat is the best wild game he has ever eaten, bar none. Eating cats does not appeal much to me but I would try it. As for the pics I am not buying it. How many wild animals would stick around for 4 pics.It looks to me like a young cat possibly a pet. You know how the net is with stuff like this.
