Suprisingly not Tom, There wasn’t very much water comming out of the mouth of the Lester. The rock berm hasn’t even got a path through it. The French is the same.
BTW; major construction at the Lester River bridge, there is a Detour around it. Back roads will get you there though.
March 30, 2013 at 12:43 pm #1157560Sometimes pulling isn’t the issue. Stopping power is more important. I would suggest trailer brakes when the trailer/boat weight is just about as much as the tow vehicle. Play on the safe side!

February 4, 2012 at 1:48 pm #1035354There are a ton of great places to eat in the Duluth area. One of my favorite places is the Light House on the North Shore drive. It has the upper class atmosphere,
with reasonable priced great home style food and a full bar. Make reservations, It is generally pretty busy.December 25, 2008 at 9:47 pm #731680We opened presents this morning! Two cans of whole cashews, gift cards for Walmart,Fleet Farm and Cabelas. NO socks or underware! I’m one Lucky Guy.

February 17, 2002 at 8:01 pm #237389Fishhunt58,
Hawger happens to be out of Superdo’s right now. I bought the last five hundred packs he had on hand today!
I know he has plenty of Ringworms left (cause I did not buy all those).
I have a suggestion to you guys in the Walleye Searchers Club. Make up an order for your entire club, at the next meeting. Hawger will fill the order and have them to you by the next Walleye Searchers meeting. Your guys can split up the order at that meeting. You can expect the order to take about two to three weeks. He can ship the order to you or deliver to the meeting in March!
Heads up! Better order your Do’s now as they are going to get very hard to come by and it gets closer to opener.
