I fished Hunt last winter and had some luck with the crappies and a bunch of 2-4 lb northerns, I’ll go back again, fished it once in the summer 2 yrs ago, heard there was some nice bass in it, caught a few smaller ones but nothing to brag about. I had an old timer tell me the sunfish are really nice on Hunt.

I wish they had a all release on any bass over 17″, makes me wanna cry seeing a guy with a stringer of 3 lb+ bass and taking them home to eat em, what a waste of beautiful fish, catch and release those big ones people, let someone else have some fun too!
I was on Washington last week and caught a 17 lb northern, what a blast!! And she’s still out there for someone else to enjoy, please C&R!!

Been out on Washington the last week and been catching a lot of walleyes on the outside weed edges, lot of small ones but caught a 20″ today and 4 15″er’s today, the other day caught a 21 and a 19″ and filled out on 14-15″, yeah, ya gotta weed through them but you put in a little time yoiu’ll catch em!

Thanks Goldenboy, on the bass, any size to them? Just might give it a try when I’m over there! It sounds like the sunfish are about the same size that are in Francis, fishing this spring and last winter they all seem to be potato-chip size, any tips on where the bigger ones are around there? Caught some decent crappies, just never seem to find any decent sunnie action!! About the Bobber Shop, I’d rather spend my money somewhere else, just there isn’t many choices around here. I’m from Mankato, but will be buying my stuff elsewhere when I get over in that direction!! I have’nt been out on German this year yet, but I drove by there a couple of weeks ago and it looked like you could’ve walked across the weeds in a couple of the bays! Later! Sheephead.

Where did you get these at Dave? Just wondering, Bobber shoppe didn’t have a clue on what they were, and knowing them, won’t make much of an effort to get them in anytime soon! You just order them off the web-site? I saw them on there. Thanks.
