    I would have taken it one step farther and put up one of my cameras on a tree facing where his camera was just to get photographic proof that he was trespassing and placing corn.

    I wonder if they got a tag from the DNR for it since there was probably nothing wrong with the meat, and it looked like a nice buck. I would have gotten it mounted just to tell the story.

    I guarantee that both of those elk would be on my wall if I had shot them with a gun let alone a bow.

    We use the 4 wheeler to drive right up to our stands and never really had any problems with chasing deer out of the area. Case and point, I got dropped off by my stand and had to walk maybe 20yds, and during this whole time there where 6 deer bedded down on the opposite side of the wheeler by about 15yds. I did not realize they where there until the sun started to come up and they got up off their beds, but it was still before shooting time so no shot, then they just wandered away to feed for the morning.

    Yea, we just purchased this tract of land this spring and the first time we will hunt it will be this fall.

    There was a bean field behind the camera. I might have still been up or just taken out when this picture was taken. The camera over looks an alfalfa field.
