Is there a fee for using this ramp?

See what happens, I spend a couple of months away, doing a little fishing and all these changes are made while I’m gone… but I sure like the changes. Good job James!!!

Thanks for the good post James, It’s great to see pics of nice fish like those and then released. I’m really looking forward to seeing your video for a reason that may seem trivial, but I want to see how you position your boat when you are fishing plastics… can’t wait

After all this time I finaly got out fishing. I started out the year with a 24 inch walleye and several smaller walleyes, but thats not a bad way to start. By the way I released all the fish, they were all swollen with eggs and I did’nt need to eat fish that badly.

I’ve bought 3 new boats and motors from them and I don’t have a bad thing to say about them. There service department has always been good to me. The next time I need a new rig, Stark’s will be the first place I’ll look. Sorry to hear some of you had a bad experience with them.

To pay more for a license would’nt be a problem, especially when you figure the number of days per year that most of fish and use the license it would equate out to be cents per outing.

I tie directly to the jig also, I rarely use snap swivels unless I’m throwing in-line spinners.

I sure like all the attention that plastic baits are getting. I’ve been using artifical baits for walleyes for years, either soft plastics or crankbaits but allways interested in learning new tricks, thanks for the info!!!

It’s just starting to snow here in Iowa also. It’s been a mild winter here, but I’m ready for it to be over.

I’ve been using 10/4 fireline and I like it, but the last few years I’ve been using Power Pro 10/2 and I’m begining to like better than the fireline.

James, I’ve got a question for you. Will big plastics for walleyes be covered in the video you made?

I hear you!!! Just got done brushing the snow off the boat. All I can think about is fishing and this stuff hits again, but the good news is it’s gotta be short lived… right? Spring fishing is just ahead!!!!

I’ve had very good luck with the Berkley scale, no problems at all. I had a Stren scale that did’nt make through one season though. So I’ll stick with the Berkley.

Thanks for posting your ideas, they both look like they work great. In the garage some of my rods end up hanging on hooks or in a pile in the corner, this should be a better way to store them and a space saver. Thanks
