I’m having trouble trying to understanding how to tie two drift socks together from an earlier post (sorry, Gary). Are the two socks equal distant underneath the boat ? Which part is the four foot section? Maybe someone can draw me a picture ? It does sound like a great setup. Thanks.

I got it to work. Now I can go fish and ‘be in the ballpark’. Thanks for your help, guys.

I shoud’ve added that I have the premium chip for the 5 states (NORTHERN) region. I do recall seeing the different selections under MAP and probably didn’t highlight it, so I’ll give that a try tomorrow. Thanks for your help so far.

Hi. Do you fish Black Bay thru the ice ? Understand it’s pretty shallow. I’m looking into moving to the area next year (that’s why I picked RAINyMAN as a username). Thanks…..

Gramps – I would suggest to give Minn Kota a call (800-227-6433) Monday morning. Their Tech Assistance was very helpful to me when I was having problems with my MK220.

Thanks for the reply back, Wade. But….what is a RF choke and where do you find ’em ?

Thanks for all your positive input. I bought one today, will install it tomorrow, and be out on the Croix Monday giving it a good test.

Took a run from Bayport to Prescott this afternoon and water temp ranged from 52-54 degrees. Didn’t see any floating debris (not to say there’s some floating trees heading downstream).
