Might have to pick up one of those aluminum ones , the plastic one I have from Mills is starting to break. I like the ideas that are flying around in regards to the contest and I could commit to probably 3 of the nights at best.I do question the extra 5 bucks for doing it over the phone, the most I have ever been charged for a credit card over the phone is $1.50, but if Bob wants to make a couple extra bucks with the deal I’m ok with it.

Haven’t heard from Hooper, I went to hook on ‘Pro this morning and was checking things out only to discover that the steering cable froze up last night. Went to give it a little turn and the cable broke So my fishing is done for the weekend. Might have to resort to that shore fishing stuff like Dark 30.

Ok I’m all settled down now . Anyway Dtro and myself will be heading out tomorrow in search of his trophy eye. One of our fellow members from the cat league is on a search tonight and hope to have a report from him later on.

We were targeting 6-15′ with a rocky bottom , concentating on current breaks. Some of us around here have given the name of the place we were at as the “food shelf” when the river is at it’s lowest.I’ve fished it a few times before in the fall, but the water levels were a good 3-4 feet higher. We were kind of short on time and there is a few more areas like this I would have liked to try out, perhaps this weekend if I’m not playing farmer in the fields.

Dtro-The co-worker was just a giggling this morning about that big fish he caught.
I had a good time exept for all the meatheads out there that have no clue how to run a boat.
