I googled “Boyd Richter” this thread on how big of a dick he is was the first thing that popped up. I doesn’t matter if the citation stuck. The moral of the story is “what kind of coc* sucker would do something like that”

Boyd Richter is a piece of dog shi*. If he was on fire and I had a bucket of water to put him out, I’d let him burn. Here’s one for you. My buddys grandpa who is 84 years old goes dove hunting on opening weekend of dove season every year with a group of elderly gentleman from Rock County. Two years ago they were hunting a farm that one of them owned right out of Evansville. They went out ooening day for several hours, being that they are all in their 80s they naturally had to rest when they got back to the house and barn. My buddys grandpa and a friend stopped at a picnic table to rest. The other two went inside to brew up sone coffee. While they were sitting at the picnic table a truck pulled up. You guessed it, Boyd Richter. He jumped out and made small talk with the two gentleman resting at the picnic table. He then went back to his truck and got a plastic bag. Without saying anything he walked over to a bird feeder that was roughly 50 yds away closer to the house. He put samples of the bird seed in the bag. He then went to his truck and proceeded to write both gentleman over a 600 dollar fine for hunting migratory birds over a bird feeder. Two elderly gentleman resting at a picnic table after a long days hunt. I hope Boyd Richter rots in hell. Ryan Ellefson, the Jefferson County warden is a hell of a guy, very nice, handles situations well, treats people with respect. Boyd Ricter is the opposite. He’s a worthless piece of ****.
December 18, 2014 at 6:38 am #1485558I’d be happy just fishing against you guys Greg… lol… I have a feeling this year will be different. I’ve heard a lot of talk about guys fishing on Thursday’s. I will be hosting at least two Saturday tournaments this year. I’m also going to do some advertising for Thursday nights. Quit your whining and man up!!
December 13, 2014 at 4:37 pm #1483391Every organization in the nation has participation points that count towards the end of the year. We could do point instead of cash? Add up the weights and participation points each week. Have a weekly cash 100% pay out. The end of the year will be trophies or plaques, no cash.
December 13, 2014 at 3:56 pm #1483383Greg,
I like the 5 fish idea. I think we should just make a separate $5 end of the year pot. Meaning, just like the big fish pot. If you participate your $5 goes to the end of the year pot each week. I will continue to keep track of weights each week. One of the reasons we have won the end of the year 3 consecutive years is because of the sacrifices we make to be able to be there each week. Joe barely takes any money out for the end of the year pot as of right now, I really doubt a couple bucks is preventing people from participating. Most of the time I hear that guys just can’t make it because of their schedules. I’m creating a Rock River Walleye Tour this year. This will be a lot different then this league. We will be fishing specific sections of the river each week. One week we will launch under the hwy 14 bridge in Janesville and the boundary will be from Centerway dam in Janesville to the Indianford dam. The next week we will launch at the carp pens and the boundaries will be from Indianford to the lake. The next week we will launch from Dallmans landing and the lake itself will be the boundary. The next week we launch from the 26 bridge and the boundaries will be the lake and the Jefferson dam. And maybe one more from the Jefferson Dam to Watertown.

My partner no longer has to go to the brewer weekend he had planned with his old lady so we will officially be fishing in this weekends tournament.. the only bummer is he just called me and informed me on Tuesday so we haven’t really had the time to pre-fish like we should have, I’m expecting no less than a Team Fin-Tech victory on Saturday. I’m just happy we get to fish.
Here is the roster so far..

February 2, 2014 at 10:57 pm #1385330Three of us went searching on the river Saturday. 2 Power Augers, 3 Vexilars, drilled 250 holes, used many different lures, caught 0 fish. We started in the hole above the Hwy 26 bridge, 2 of us drilled for about 15 minutes before we did anything else. We hole hopped for the next hour and a half with our vexilars using jigging raps, sweedish pimples, buckshot rattle spoons, live minnows, pretty much everything in our arsenal, we never marked a single fish.
Next we moved down to the main hole off of Blackhawk Island. Once again we drilled at least 50-75 holes before wetting a line. This is where we had great success last winter so I expected the outcome to be a little different. I was the only one to mark a fish, and it wasn’t the type of fish we were looking for. I was in 18 feet of water and had a very large mark 10′ down for about 20 seconds and that was it. After about an hour and a half we decided to head up to Ft. Atkinson.
We figured the mouth of the Bark River would be a good place to start. Once again we drilled a ton of holes, this time before I was done drilling both of my buddies were flagging me down that they were marking fish. EUREKA!!!! Yeah right… We decided to set up base camp for a few hours to see what we could do. We had holes drilled in the Bark River basin in 4-6′ feet of water all the way to the drop off in 9-11′ of water. We set up 6 boards all rigged about the same – 18″ 10 lb fluro leader down to a 1/4oz weight, various different colored beads, glow gama hooks, tipped with medium/large shiners. We set the boards in 5-7′ of water right on the edge of the drop off – 0 flags. The 3 of us hole hopped for about 3 hours, believe it or not we were marking fish the entire time. In almost every hole we drilled we could pull fish off the bottom sometimes up to 2′ off the bottom, but no bites, and we threw the kitchen sink at em. My first thought was CARP, but I really doubt carp would react to our jiggin raps & spoons like these fish were. Several times when I was jigging aggressively a couple feet off bottom I had fish shoot up off of bottom real quick to check out my bait, but no strikes. We were all thinking the same thing, if these were white bass, we would be catching them, unless maybe they were really small white bass, like 4-6 inchers, so out came the small stuff, we tried hailles tipped with minnow heads and with grubs, same old story, we could get their attention and pull them off the bottom, but no bites. After 3 hours of constantly switching lures and constantly watching the fish look, but not bite, we gave up. I still don’t know what they were. We are thinking maybe sheepshead but who knows, next time we are bringing a Aqua-Vu to find out. Maybe they were walleyes/saugers that just weren’t ready to feed??? If that’s the case I wish we would have stayed a little longer. I guess we can’t say that we didn’t try.. Oh one more thing, everywhere we drilled we had about 12″ of ice, except for one spot above the 26 bridge. Real tight to the east shore along the houses in the main channel there was only about 5-6″, there was quite a bit more current there as well.Take care everyone, stay safe

July 18, 2013 at 9:54 am #1184166@ Bronzeback, that’s exactly what I don’t want to happen.
<—- too much of this all year long
July 13, 2013 at 2:38 am #1161478Jeff edited his childish post, that’s unfortunate, I would have loved everyone to see it. I however am not ashamed of my post, therefore I’m not going to delete it. So, with that being said the following is my reply at the shot Jeff took at us.
Wow Jeff..lmao… you are one sore loser. Its no wonder you can’t keep a partner and no body likes you. Why would I post results from “fun night” that doesn’t count towards the league?? LoL… once again you have evey excuse in the book why you haven’t been able to beat us the last couple years. Through 8 weeks of competition we weighed 28 more pounds than you did, and you kicked our butts??? LMAO.. you better go back to school. Congrats on the “fun night” victory, at least you can say you won something… LMAO also… read my text you half wit.. it says we would bet our pot against yours for the biggest walleye. Guess who weighed the biggest walleye. NOT YOU. So we will be waiting to collect from you if that’s the road you wanna go down. Bottom line – no partner is good enough for Jeff, and Jeff is one sore loser. Maybe Andy should call up Mike H. and tell him how you treated him all year?? Every one in this league has earned my respect over the years Jeff. Everyone except you. Bob, Dennis, Jerry, Joe, Chris, Andy, Dean, Brandon, Nick, Matt, Kent, Mike, Eric, Dan, Brad and a few more all have my respect and I would fish with any one of them before I’d fish with you. By the way way who said anything about being anglers of the year??? If anyone should be crowned anglers of the year it’s Jerry Mills and Chris Scharlau for thier huge come back from so far down. The biggest BOMB or DISSAPPOINTING TEAM of the year was the team that held 1st all year and then tanked in the final few weeks of the season, my advice for next season is this: treat your partner a little better and with a little more respect and then maybe you can stay a little more consistant. Also, look at your 2nd to last post. Lmao!! Ive never heard anyone talk about themselves so much. Our #1 Goal this season wasn’t to win 1st, it was to DEFEAT Jeff. Mission Accomplished, the 1st place finish was just a bonus.
Peace

Copied from the Rock River Walleye League Facebook page:
RRWL 6/20/2013
We have NEW LEADERS!!!!
With only two weeks left in the 2013 RRWL Jason Kline & Ben Miller came into Week 7 over 12 lbs behind the current leaders “Team Fin-Tech”. With that big of a gap between 1st and 2nd Place it looked like Team Fin-Tech (Jeff Patrick & Gregg Pfiefer) had the 2013 Championship all locked up…..Or not!!! CONGRATS to Jason Kline & Ben Miller for a (Week 7) 1ST PLACE finish!!! Kline & Miller weighed in an impressive 7 fish 21 lb bag, out weighing Team Fin-Tech by a whooping 17 lbs 7oz which moves Kline & Miller into 1ST PLACE!!!! Congrats guys!!! Only 4 lbs 12oz separates 1st and 2nd Place coming into the final week of the season, it should be an interesting final week!!! Congrats to everyone!!! Stay safe & see you next week!!!
June 14, 2013 at 8:20 am #1177818What a night!!!! Over 130 lbs of walleyes weighed in!!! Congrats to Eric and Dan for taking 1st!!!
