    can’t hurt anything, it will do its magic and mostly evaporate, i would make sure to change the oil regularly if i were using it in the oil though

    i know a guy that has an older good running 115 merc and a 115 johnson mercs for sale and the johnson comes with a boat thats junk but it runs
