It was a GREAT way to start the season, hopefully a sign of things to come, and not the other way around, where I don’t get much the rest of the season.

    Thanks again Brian!!

You never imagine what can happen!! I never would have guessed I would get 1 big fish much less 2 in a row again… Words can not express how thankful I am to have a friendship that allows me to experience these River Monsters! Thanks again @BeachBrian!

MRI scheduled today.. We are hoping that it is not as serious as they think. It will be a VERY long winter if he is laid up.

Why isn’t Mary here to feel this pain???? (inside joke)

Of course I wouldn’t be there for this, you would have had an open seat for me and catch a fish of a lifetime that would have beat my PB, Why on earth would I be there for that? the one weekend of the summer that we couldn’t come up. :'(

I was chasing cats. Both of them got out the patio door after chewing hole in the screen.

I can’t believe with all the stuff the guys were throwing to try to snag it that none of them managed, (picture about 4 guys up on the walk across and 1 or two trolling underneath, but yet I was just messing around and came up with it the next day. VERY glad I did though, he was NOT a happy camper when it happened.

This is not only about kids that have to wait for the bus, I don’t know about other cities, but in Rochester the busing boundaries are as follows “Non-busing boundaries are 1.25 miles for elementary students, 1.5 miles for middle school students and 2 miles for high school students.” I don’t know about other parents but I sure wouldn’t want my elementary age girls walking 1.5 miles to school in -35 to -45 degree windchills…. Heck I wouldn’t even want them walking the 10 blocks from our house to school, we are lucky and our work schedules allow for us to drop them off and pick them up. I don’t believe that the districts deliberately close school to inconvenience parents.
