    9.9 yami is the only way to go just my opinion and I would try to upgrade the black big motor to a yamaha as well.

    I am not very familiar with the back troller I would reccomend glass I’ve own a few Lund boats I feel it’s the best aluminum boat on the market but I now have a 620 ranger and wouldn’t trade it for anything! Skeeter and Ranger make great glass boats I like Skeetertillers a little better and Ranger counsel boats better but it’s all preference on the layout. My one concern with the back troller is I see it’s only an 18 gallon tank… To me that’s undersized. Of course I’m used to making long runs on big water with my yamaha f250hp with 50 gallon tank. but even 18 gallons on a 75hp seems a little low to me. Anyone with this boat have any input?

    Because You can’t put a 4stroke 200hp yamaha on that boat yet so they prefer a 200Etec instead of the HPDI can’t say that I blame them! especially when Etec will still be making that mototrin the future and Yamaha plans to discontinue the 200HPDI when they develop the new 200 four stroke.

    lambuea if you decide to sell that boat in the next year or two let me know i have a 620 ranger i want a tiller skeeter with the f150

    I would go with a e tec or F225 yamaha both before the mercury! Yamaha is the most dependable mototr on the water in there four stoke series! And they just made a new 22 thats much lighter then years previous. Etec had some issues but since 09 they made great improvments in the mapping of there outboards and other than sponsorships theres a reason 50% of FLW boats have e tecs on them! Not just sponsorships but there light quiet very fast and great on gas! I had a 225 e tec on a 620 ranger only bought two jugs of oil per year and ran my boat 120 hours a summer.

    The total was 19.12 for 1st in walleye and 2nd place finisher had big fish with a 10.44lber

    It gets a little tricky with 10′ rods and my buddy got a little to excited to get the fish in the boat to say the least. But we have pulled a lot of big fish from that spot doing that same thing:)

    The tournament title says it all I def. Frooze my butt of along with what sounded like 55 other boats! But had a. Blast and was fortunate enough to land a nice 8.4lb girl along with 4 nice kickers to take home first place! I like next weeks forecast much better hope to see all of you on the water soon! Also thanks to Dean and Eric for all there hard work and congrats on the pig today and Eric with your hog on Thurs!!!
