Absolutely love my therma cell. I have used it both early season hunting and fishing. I was skeptical at first but after a few uses I am a believer. It work as advertised. Also for a cheaper fix for the black flies try a Bounce dryer sheet under your cap. Did that in Canada a few years and it worked great.

Heading up tomorrow. Looks like there won’t be much fishing outside. Hopefully the bite is still good.

Crappie fishing at night can be great. There are a few lakes that I fish were the night bite is phenomenal.

Size 2 works very good on Upper Red Lake for eyes. Also have done well with them on crappie and gills

I used them for the deer opener this year. Even though it was frigid out my feet never got cold. I was a bit skeptical but after I read the reviews I gave them a shot and glad I did. She won’t be disappointed.

sucks cutler is out. i think the bears are going to get obliterated because of that.

Not having Cutler hurts but the loss of Briggs and multiple other defensive starters is what really hurts.

I can answer your first two questions.

Yes, you will need a high speed transducer. I’m pretty sure it is an add on item.

No, you can’t use one gps card for both units. You have to buy two.

no red wing??????????????????????????????? really disappointed this tour is not stopping in red wing.

It was a tough bite in Red Wing last year. I hope they do come back though, but going to new water is good for the league. Plus I will get to fish places I probably never would on my own.

I have always wondered what it would be like to be a co-angler in a tournament. It is something that I have always wanted to try, but I have heard some nightmare stories about getting paired up with a guy that basically doesn’t give a crap about you and tells you to sit in the back of the boat and don’t say a word. Is this a true testimony or is it a pretty rare event when it comes to fishing with the pro’s?

I have only done one as a co, but my experience was awesome. All the pros that I had contact with were very nice. I to had some reservations about going in as a co. I heard the horror stories also. While I’m sure there is some truth to that, it was simply not the case with me. If you do it I think you will have a great time.
