    Yes, it is safe to launch. Of course, caution is in order, once you get out of the harbor, with the water this low…

    It was Myr Mar. It was marked as a “reef” but with the low water it showed itself as a rock the size of a car!

    Hey all. I just wanted to make sure that I’m not missing anything here. The crux of the issue (ignoring the shared ownership issues, which strike me as seperate) is that our money would be better spent making a ramp, any ramp, more hospitable to launching today’s “fishing boats”. So, ramp will need constant dredging/maintenence, water too low, those are the main issues people have with this ramp? What is the sheriff concerned about? People running aground at speed??

    I think Reggie Thiel still guides up there. He knows the lake well. Mark Christiansen(sp?)is definately a top gun, but he might be hard to book. Both have won a lot of money on Leech. Check out the leech lake guide service for contacts.
