Nicely done!! Have you been out again since? I’m heading up this weekend to give it a try, wondered how they are biting.

Our bass club out of Des Moines fishes the Mississippi regularly from pool 8 down to 13. We also fish MO, such as Hazel Creek, Mozingo, Ozarks, Tablerock, etc. We do Minnetonka in the cities every other year or so. It woul dbe nice to be able to buy those maps locally, especially a good river map.

I just hate it when I can’t keep the 3-4 pounders off my line!! Thanks for the info. Were you using live bait?

How about the bass for depth?

Are they still deep or moving up into the bays? I’ll be there tomorrow morning.

I have a small club tournament this coming weekend, maybe 6 boats. How many boats in the BASS tournament you were talking about?

No, we fished 9 one tournament, 10 the next, and now 11 so they want us to stay in the pool we are fishing. I’d love to go back up to 10, but no dice this time.
