    Broke?

    I hope not!!

I don’t get to post our used boats, ATV’s and Sea doos as they come in, so I post them on a quiet evening.

Only have about 4 more posts, then I can look at all the fish pictures.

    WE SHOULD FIND OUT …
    A–MAKE OF MOTOR
    B–YEAR
    C–TILLER OR STEERING WHEEL
THIS WOULD HELP TO NARROW THE POSSIBILITIES.
SOME ENGINES HAVE STRONGER WATER PUMPS THAN OTHERS. AND THOSE STRONGER PUMPS MIGHT LAST 10 TO 20 YEARS. AND IT COULD BE AN ELECTRICAL TEMP SENSOR IN THE HEAD THAT IS STARTING TO GO BAD! JUST SOME IDEAS.

We carry the Stratos and Rangers in stock. The Stratos market is going against the catalog boat makers. They are all priced to fit specific $$ ranges with a certain motors to hit these goals. As a dealer if you do not like the Stratos boat we have the Ranger boat. This was done to help both the Stratos and Ranger sales. Now Stratos is under the Ranger people to create a playing fields with one gaol in mind.. To sell more boats to entry people than the other mass builders. Is it the Stratos that we had in the 90’s..no. Is it less price–yes it is. Stop buy and take a look and then look at the other boats in the same $$ range and hp range and see what trips you trigger. I believe the resale will be better with these products than the mass builders!!

In the Yamaha motors the F60 is a smaller gearcase than the F75. The F75 is the same size as a F115. Therefor if you have the same RPM,s the F60 should be slower because of the smaller prop in diameter. Both motors would be great. The ETEC has been great. Lighter than 4 strokes and new technology than the Opti. All 3 companies are offering extended warranty programs thru March 31. Give us a call or PM if you have any other questions.

Hi this is Joe from Als Specialty. You could have maybe 3 items to check since your compression is the same on both cylinders. A) Maybe the tach is not set correctly for your motor. Should be set on 6 pole. B) Or the throttle is not opening up all the way. C) And a main jet could be plugged on one or both cylinders. D) put on a dyno to findout if it has the proper power!
    Just some ideas!
