Talking about pens, does anyone know for sure what all the pens are for that are as far south as a couple of miles south of Brownsville?

So we have manditory boat training for everyboby just like motor vehicles. When you take motor vehicle training they tell you to use your blinkers when turning or making a lane change, stop at stop signs, do not speed and do not talk on cell phone when driving. So my question would be how many of you people that think boater saftey training should be manditory have broken one of these items in the last week? So will boater saftey training really change things that much? Jerry

If you have a set of jumper cables hook one cable to trailer and other end to to tow vehicle making sure to get good connection. If lights work it is a bad ground between trailer and tow vehicle if they don’t work it is a power problem.
    Good luck! Jerry

I have had the Cabela’s line counter for 1 year and I like it alot. Fished the Diawa version with James and I liked the Cabela’s better. What made me try the Cabela’s was that it is more compact. Night fishing the numbers are hard to see on the Cabela’s. Can anybody tell me how tha Diawa is to read at night?

I am all for carry and conceal. I think there is other states that allow carry and conceal and from what I have heard there crime rates have dropped. In the states were the normal person can not carry and conceal the criminals have nothing to worry about because they are the only ones with the guns, ( they don’t follow laws). If carry and conceal was allowed the criminals would think twice because they would not have a clue who had a gun on them.

I would like to see something like the regulations that are on Mille-Lacs except maybe not so stiff. Like maybe having the slot be 15- 19 and one over 28 walleyes and sauger. In my mind I believe the river has the same potental of producing big fish as Mille-Lacs and probably better. Also we talk about if we should keep fish or not. If we eat what we keep and do not waste that is fine. But I have to wonder if the people that keep everything they catch eat everything they keep. Jerry
