the steep grade throws a wrench into the answer, we had a single stage Toro 2 stroke w/suziki motor that worked great but with snows over 8′ and a steep driveway a 2 stage with power drive would be better. Areins is what I would buy with chains.

We had a top load Maytag for 25 years. The only part I had to replace in those 25 years of use was the anti siphon hose which was on the top left side of the tub. The symptom was some water under the washer just like you described.

Not sure if the perp will get caught, the police said they would either use it themselves or take it to a pawn shop.
Yes it sucks, because I new better just didnt take the time to
attach it the way you should, and the feeling that someone is
possibly watching your place to sieze the right time to do something like that gives one the creeps.

If you are concerned with tooth decay, one option would be to brush his teeth. If you haven’t been checking his teeth and gums on a routine basis he may not like you doing this at first. Start slowly by inspecting his mouth daily and this will help when you actually start to brush them. If you don’t want to go there then introducing chew items shouldn’t be a problem, I don’t see him chewing on other things since it hasnt been in his behavior to do so, if he starts to show interest in chewing things that you don’t want him to, just correct it and give him something to chew
    on that is allowed.
