that is a huge hole!!!! I still keep my muzzy broadhead ready to rock when on stand but i do have a rage 2blade in the quiver and have been waitin for a doe to give me time to switch up so i can see firsthand what that rage can do….thanks for the photo…

Way to stick with it. 
My cousins first bow deer kill (in 2006) was similar with only one lung clipped. 7-8 hours later and a little help from RVRAT and we caught up with him and my cousin finished him off. We did not have the advantage of the snow then but sticking with it for hours paid off.!!!
I’m still geared up for the last MN weekend of bowhunting. My buck tag is still open and i have got a few photos of a wallhanger still running around since the gun seasons ended.

He hit her high in the shoulder just under the shoulder blade. Arrow passed through a rib, both lungs, another rib then stuck in the ground. Not bad for 45lb bow, must be the Muzzy broadhead that I swear by.

Great photo of a big bear. The orange thing by the ear is probably a DNR ear tag. I know that the dnr has ear tagged bear in Camp Ripley in the past. One of their ear tagged bear was shot North of Becker a couple of hunting seasons ago. I had a couple of photos of a smaller bear on my trailcam in central sherburne county in August 2006. Never saw him after that though.

My dad and mom swear there was a group of 3 timber wolves that hung out in a cornfield behind my house in Becker three years ago. My parents were at my house watchin the kids while the wife and I were i mexico catchin some sun. The cornfeild did have a bunch of deer herded up for the winter so there would have been a reason for them to hang out there and eat. My dad swears they were not coyotes and should know the difference as he is a lifetime hunter.
