Ive been just west of the Anson landing (where everyone else is). Ive had a number a people walk up near me with a GPS, drill hole and pull fish out left and right. Ive been lucky to find the old cribs a few times. Gills are in 25 FOW. Theres been some vehicle action out there couple weeks ago.

My step father has fished this hole for years, and from what other peolpe have said as well as him, the fishing is good one year, but not the next. But as soon as word gets out, this place gets packed and fished out.

I saw on the charts, that it tends to drop slow, like on your day Brett it dropped .3 or so. Is it possible to have it keep going down into the mid 20s rather rapidly, or is it a slow process?

The coldness of the water is going to slow the dilution of the anti freeze WAY down though, compared to summer water temps.

Few years ago there was a nice little permanent 2 man shack on a local lake, no name, no nothing. It was March 16th. I beilieve, and now its mine. If its nobodys shack on a lake after the first weekend, what do ya do i figured.

Hey man good report, its nice to see at someone catching stuff once and a while. We kinda gave up jigging and throw out tip ups now. We hauled our shacks off wensday.

Yeah when I replaced my fuel filter, I could hardly blow through the old one, while the new one I could easilly just breathe through. And like Phish said, the most expensive one is maybe $15, so get that one, because that is quality for a good price and they arent changed that often.

And here I thought it was about NASCAR, damn Johnson and his Chevy clan.
