Thanks for the update, I’ve fished out there twice since I bought my boat. Still learning, need to spend more time on the water. I’ve never gone south from the Albany launch, always north to the wingdams. Sounds like I need to do some exploring.

Where’s the best place to launch if I wanted to fish the dam area on pool 15? Normally, I fish pool 14 and launch out of Albany, I’ve never made it down to pool 15. thanks.

Thanks all, I’ll take a look at the symetres when I’m at the store. I want to compare the symetre to the Pflueger president, see if I can notice a difference. Size wise sounds like one size up from UL. I’m thinking of spooling up this reel up with Fireline, 6# or 8#, so I should be able to get plenty of line on it.
