I am a bit confused, as I do not know what the walkthru shield is (I did not know of this as an option) . I have a 2001 TS182 with the dual console set-up (I ordered and installed the port-side after I purchased the boat). What is the walkthru v the sport shield? My consoles each have a separate plexi shield. I have to constantly remind my boys and passengers to not use them as a rail, because they do not support any weight.
For my console (and any other parts), I just had the dealer order them. The console came unassembled in a box, along with the shield, and I took it up north and assembled it in the boat. Not that tough. The shield has three points of connection to the console. The front/leading edge is just a clip that holds down the front thru a hole in the plexi, and the two furthest back bottom edges of the shiled have a connector to the top of the console that fits into a hole and locks with a half-turn.
Don’t know if it is possible or likely, but I might be interested in yours if they would fit my boat. My garage problem is a length problem, not a height problem. My boat is outside under a cover during the season and goes into storage for the winter.
