It will depend on your filtration & O2 & temperature. If you’ve got that covered and their slime coating is pretty much gone you can keep even more. I’d Take your gallons and multiply by .7 Somewhere near that formula has worked for me. I can probably even keep more but they get sluggish when there is too many. I should add I have really nice filtration so this probably wont work for everybody.

If that is true that they are preachers that is very scary. Influencing “your” (preachers) selfish ways to please the “Majority” (Choir). I hope most people are smart enough to see around this. There is always two sides to every story… sigh

I’ve kept a lot of diff fish in my days that have paired off/spawned. In a closed environment (aquariums) that deformity is always common if its my understanding from these experiences it’s from lack of nutrients/oxygen/Ecosystem… bla bla bla (stunting) It can happen at anytime before maturity. Fish deformed that bad are lucky to make it that big.

Out of that many guys you know for damn sure at least one knew the rules or knew it was wrong. If they think they were targeted “witch hunt” It makes me wonder if they know more people poaching…

I’m simply tired of the News coverage trying to make it sound/look like BP is Hairy Potter and just doesn’t know the right spell to use or wave his wand right. Im sure they can be doing a whole lot more but so can a lot of other peoples. There is a saying that works well here.

I Saw some up near shore mating this morning… Besides netting a friend of mine swears by chicken gizzards/Liver. He uses several big hooks and heavy line that sit on the bottom.

Sadly this sort of thing seams to happen to just about everybody has happened to me. I never could fully understand why someone would jack fishing stuff. Envy? Sorry for your loss. Perhaps your next combo will catch more and bigger fish. And hopefully some door slams on your stolen rod.

I wouldn’t go as small as a 20 I’ve had reels that small on my ultra lights if you plan on casting with them they bind up very easy. I’d stick with a 25!

Have you ever tried pulling the camera? Sounds to me you possibly have too much down causing the fish to be spooked. I’d also Try getting creative with your reel weed pattern if it is causing too much interference.

I Had my tackle box/bag stole last year from the back of my truck. After it happened I’ve always fantasized about finding the bag and the guy holding it.
