Having lived and fished the same county as you my whole life. Len, what is a tiger trout?

can you pay to use the one at frontenac or is it for park users only? where is methodist point?
May 24, 2010 at 8:17 pm #874541yes you can align off the trailer ball, but that will do nothing for tire wear, and that is his problem. like I said before you more than likely have a bent slightly bent axle.
May 24, 2010 at 11:15 am #874242on a single axle trailer, moving the axle forward or backward will do nothing for tire wear, it will just change how it tracks. when 1 tire is wearing it is a bent axle or possibly a very out of adjustment bearing.I would bet on a bent axle. some places will bend the axle back but that usually doesnt last very long. axle is overloaded or you hit something in my opinion.
May 12, 2010 at 2:57 am #871383for the money, walmart everstarts perform very well, plus walmarts are everywhere for replacements. I worked as a mechanic for 20+ years and have had the worst of luck with interstates, but some people like them. what ever floats your boat. by the way, I believe everstarts are made by Exide.
May 8, 2010 at 10:54 pm #870546nice looking jigs randy,if we ever make it to the river togather I might have to bum a couple off of ya.
October 20, 2009 at 3:51 pm #810392lots and lots and lots and lots of grass. actually was flipping my jig in openings of the grass and you still get grass on every cast. had 6 short eyes,a 20in and a 25 in. releaesd everything. good luck and give a report if you go.
September 13, 2009 at 3:10 am #8039454-stroke all the way. one oil change a year is not alot of maintenence compared to high perf 2-stroke oil and special plugs.
August 28, 2009 at 12:26 pm #801059The trailer fuses are under the hood on most year fords. Look under the lid or in the owners manuel for I.D. so you find the correct one.
August 23, 2009 at 3:20 pm #799690Been pulling cranks with braid for many years and many tournys. Used palomar for years with decent success, then tried uni knot. uni is much ,much stronger. losses of cranks is way down.
August 12, 2009 at 3:38 pm #796958Genie screw drive, 10 years and zero problems. I havent even thought about it since we put it in.
May 22, 2009 at 7:14 pm #321762I think it depends what your fishing style is. Do you jump spot to spot wide open and then shut off the main engine? then I think the E-tec would be a good choice. Do you troll or Idle alot? then the yammie would be a better choice. weigh your options and keep asking questions before you buy so you arent dissapointed.
February 12, 2009 at 12:41 am #747368yep I chewed cope for 20yrs,the way I did it was the mint leave stuff. I did the mint for a few months then I went on vacation with the wife and never took any. Been chew free for 3 years and have very little desire to do it again.
January 16, 2009 at 3:09 pm #738050Hi L.E., -33 this morning in Richland Center. When I went out to get more firewood I opened the garage door for the wife and steam poured out. The thermometer on her car said 13 inside the garage, but everything started just fine.
January 15, 2009 at 4:07 pm #737637I fish right with them Bosman, and they dont practice selective harvest. Its there right to keep the big girls if they want, but when they keep snagged or undersize fish I give them a scold. all in all they dont break the law to often, but when they start those smokey fires I get a little ticked.
January 11, 2009 at 11:13 pm #736140I agree with amwatson, I am a serious walleye guy. I wonder how many walleyes take a ride to the frying pan every year from pool 8,9 or 10? I bet its alot more than bass, and I get tired of hearing how someone killed a bass to eat. In the last few years the number of bass that has come into my boat while fishing walleyes has soared, while the walleye numbers have slightly dropped. I will also keep a couple bass to fry for the family this year, but I would not taunt anyone.I think the bass numbers are in great shape and its my opinion that these pools are getting more of a bass style habitat.
January 11, 2009 at 10:03 pm #730037I fished pool 9 this morning, kept 5 gills and 2 medium crappies. The fun part was the 6 bass I landed(2 were legal)and I wished I could have seen the 1 that broke me off!
January 11, 2009 at 4:32 am #736015I wasnt going to reply anymre to this, but Amwatsons post is hard for me to understand. He is hard on somebody that buys tackle at wally, but himself will buy alot of other things from there? my mother has been a manager at a local grocery store, walmart has since put in a supercenter. it has driven 1 smaller grocery store out and made it very difficult for hers to survive. seems like the same arguement to me,just like kwik trip.
January 9, 2009 at 6:25 pm #735690Im with powerfred, being from Richland Center I now have to drive an hour just to buy a few things I might need the next morning. I realize walmart hurt alot of places, but now that they are gone at least walmart should stay stocked up. I fish 30plus days a year and maybe 3 or 4 small tourneys a year so it was nice to grab a couple things close to home. I guess after thinking about it I agree with everyone!
December 24, 2008 at 5:15 pm #731420while spooling up with power pro one day I happen to read the instructions. now every time I use a braid I tie the uni-knot. I pull cranks about 90% of the time after ice-out and I can tell you that knot is TWICE as strong as a palomar when useing braid.
June 18, 2008 at 11:32 pm #6935532000 50hp, 10w-30 mobil 1, trolling up to 14hrs a day, 1 day a week. Mechanic since I graduated in 1990,never any problems,just change it once a year.
August 21, 2007 at 11:16 am #601876didnt have that problem, but had the line tie pull out. have had no problems with the 7’s.
