If your thinking about the reefs to the east some years they don’t even get houses out there because of ice heaves or snow or melting conditions. And not even sure they pull sleeper houses out there as they usually haul people in and out daily with track rigs out there.

If all you want to do is remove lug nuts buy an electric impact. I thought about going with a bigger compressor and some of the small air wrenches would be handy at times but the average guy wont get much use out of them. I also have a small compressor for airing up tires and blowing out carbs etc.

The natives get mostly males in their nets so stripping eggs wont work. They would have to use a larger mesh size nets to get females for eggs.
I have seen countless femals pulled from their nets on youtube videos. All those eggs went to waste….
I have seen the fish up close in person and those arent the fish the dnr strips!!! Ask the dnr like I did and they will tell you the same thing.

January 25, 2013 at 1:08 pm #1134656Most likely your starting battery is getting weak. If it drops in voltage when turning over your motor your electronics will shut off. 6 years you are runing on borrowed time with a battery.

January 12, 2013 at 3:54 am #1129780Might be able to pick up a few extra bucks with a pistol and a facemask
January 12, 2013 at 3:42 am #1129775They should have said that Walleye tournaments are to small of a market and a small audiance in a couple midwest states and sponsors arent going to spend much money on that. Bass on the other hand not only covers most of the US its worldwide. What would you invest your advertiseing money in? You could get a bigger audiance for Catfish tournaments.

December 31, 2012 at 3:33 am #1125366Bring it inside and let it warm up and dry out overnight. You would be surpsied what a little condensation and cold weather will do to an auger.
December 28, 2012 at 2:06 am #1124591Heck with the videos,go fishing. Dont you know all videos are fake anyway.
December 28, 2012 at 2:00 am #1124589Where your gas line enters the house it should have like a manifold or valves plumbed in that split off lines to furnace, fireplace, waterheater etc. Probably located near your furnace or utility room. Maybe one got bumped or turned off.
A small wire or torch tip cleaner can be used to try to clean out the pilot.
December 28, 2012 at 1:27 am #1124577Sure you dont have another valve in the line like in the basement that got closed? A bad thermocouple wont keep it from lighting but will keep the pilot light from staying on. Just replaced one for same reason. Its possible a bug or something could have the pilot pluged,it does happen.
December 27, 2012 at 2:20 pm #1124307Search youtube for rebuilding walbro carburetor. Some very good videos on cleaning and rebuilding a carb. Pay attention to the part on the diaphram and the tab/leever underneath it and how to adjust it properly. VERY SELDOM do I use a kit or the whole kit to fix a carb.
December 27, 2012 at 3:51 am #1124231Most likely the diaphram or the diaphram tab needs adjustment.Very common problem with these. Ive fixed lots of em.
November 11, 2012 at 7:32 pm #1111368A Skeeter doesnt have the flare that a Ranger has in the hull so you will find it much like a Lund or any flat sided boat, you will get that slap and spray when you are quartering the waves. They may have changed things a little in the hull since I had my 2050 but they arent that much different. Ranger still has a better fit and finish and just seems to feel like a more solid boat. Rangers run low in the water and you will take water over the bow but they also catch less wind and track better in the water. Skeeter has gotten more popular but I think for the most part a smaller price tag compared to similar boats has helped with that.
November 9, 2012 at 1:10 pm #1110764If a mechanic tells you that you need a new carb that means you need a different mechanic. 99% of the time if it is bogging you need to replace or adjust the diaphram and maybe a little carb cleaning. Ive done a bunch of these and never ever replaced a carb on anything. There isnt really anything that can wear out on a carb body.
October 9, 2012 at 3:09 pm #1103964Not really anything to winterize on a 4 stroke other than checking for water in the lower unit and makeing sure there is no water in the other lines. Its only going to sit a few months at best and MN winters are very dry. Starting the motor for a couple seconds wont hurt your impellar as there will be a little water to lube it but its also easy and not a bad idea to pull the kill switch as it turns slower. Pluging the livewell intakes on the outside/rear of the boat will make life easier.
October 6, 2012 at 4:21 pm #1103364Looks nice and comfortable and apparently have some good breaders around. Let me know if you need any help thinning em out
October 5, 2012 at 4:13 am #1103095Cant remember exactly what page it is on but go into the menu on the GPS side. There is a page where you can change color of track lines etc. there will be a box to increase track length change that to 9999. Whats happening is your track is now set to go so far and after that it starts to disappear.
August 31, 2012 at 10:28 pm #1096138You also have to take a picture of the fish on a ruler and I believe they supply the pic chip and maybe even the camera. You would have a hard time cheating that system.
August 29, 2012 at 3:32 pm #1095543Probably needs new plugs. My rider started smokeing some and I pulled the plugs and they looked black and carboned up. Put in new plugs and it runs like new. Also check fuel and air filter but Im betting new plugs will solve the problem. Wouldnt hurt to add a little sea foam etc. to a tank of gas.
July 6, 2012 at 1:42 pm #1081522Swan lake by Pengilly? Havnt been there in years but Mr Roberts resort on the east side of the lake had good food and there is a bar/resturant by the bridge in town that had good food.
July 1, 2012 at 3:42 pm #1080244History will tell you that throwing money at people only holds them back in society and they have no incentive to go to school and get a job. Why work for minimum wage when you can just walk to the mail box and pick it up for free?
June 30, 2012 at 8:38 pm #1080172No the casino money only pays for their lobbiests in Washington to try to suck every nickle out of the system!!!!
June 23, 2012 at 2:25 am #1078197If it only vibrates at a certain speed it is probably just out of balance and needs to be balanced. If it vibrates at all speeds then it is probably a broken belt or bad tire.
June 20, 2012 at 3:13 am #1077256Fishing on LOW has been very good and in July people usually start to pull cranks but you can fish any way you want that time of year and be successful.Wind can be a factor at times but you always have the bay or river as a back up.Im headed back up there in a couple weeks.
June 19, 2012 at 10:00 pm #1077184Based on the over flowing boat ramps mid week I would say everyone is up there fishing and hopeing to catch the last fish under 17 inches
