Call a few Farmers Insurance Agent’s in your area as we always have a list of the one’s we like. Some attorneys usually do it for around $300.00 to $400.00.
December 26, 2006 at 2:02 am #515059Anyone been hunting the Morse MN area lately. I’ll be heading up that way on thursday AM. Any public area’s that are better than others? Haven’t been out since early Nov and then that was in S Dakota. We did really well. We limited out every day for the seven of us. Things looked bad until a nice gentleman at the restaurant said we should hunt his land. Had we not had that land we would have been in real bad shape for good locations. Every year it’s getting harder to find good land. Have Merry Xmas. Larry j

December 26, 2006 at 1:35 am #515049Hope you make your goal of 150 rats. I sure would like to have gotten a few more coon. Like I said before I have not trapped for 30 years and am just getting my feet wet again. I will be able to scout a little more next year and have a better chance to get some extra sets out. I only trapped a few days this year as hunting pheasant came up. So Merry Xmas Larry j

December 24, 2006 at 5:20 pm #514871I put Hardcore on a q-tip and put it the dirthole set. Caught some coon and one coyote at the same set. I tried a q-tip with hardcore and just put it on a weed. The next day the q-tip was gone and loads of deer tracks. That is why I said a good deer lure. i had several sprung traps with the use of Hardcore and loads of deer tracks. The trap was sprung and pulled back with no disturbance of the area. Some traps had a small tuffes of tan hair. One old time trapper said I was catching the coyote on the arm and he just pulled straight back. I had #2victor traps I used 40 years ago for fox. I think I’ll purchase some #3 bridges for next year. Any thoughts. Thank You Larry
