Awhile back there was some Marcum customer service complaints…Here is my story. I had a fL-18 that I had real good luck with, no issues. Then a few years back they were pushing the showdown real hard so i decided to sell my vex for the showdown. I really did not like the new unit but I figured that I had to live with it. Anyways come last season I had fully charged the battery and went to turn the unit on and nothing. Checked the fuse, battery, connections everything but the Showdown was dead. I called Marcum and spoke to Chris, he apologized for the inconvenience and offered to send me a LX3TC, I was ecstatic an took him up on his offer. it was like i had my vex back but better. I can say that I will b a marcum guy for life. GREAT customer care from this crew
