He could pay for the repair and all of the boat gas for the up coming season.

If you want downscan yes you must use the transducer it comes with if you use the US 2 you only get the 2D and GPS
Kirt is 100% correct. That unit would use the MKR-US2-10 adapter cable.
January 6, 2014 at 8:33 am #1377290Jolly Ann is out of the 998 HD SI units and will not be getting anymore in.
I’m currently working on website updates to get the new Humminbird units added to the site. If there is one of the new units you may be interested in just shoot me an email and I’ll get you a quote.
We have some of the new units in the warehouse and others are expected to show up at an time.
We do NOT charge sales tax for sales outside of Nebraska and shipping most items is FREE.
November 25, 2013 at 7:43 pm #1366637Having great customer service is always a big plus if something goes wrong. Getting updated on the repair status is priceless. It’s good to hear about good customer service experiences. We hear about the bad ones too much.
October 2, 2013 at 4:48 pm #1198066I’m guessing they will be available in…..
12v 55 lbs of thrust
24v 75 lbs of thrust and
36v 105 lbs of thrust. You can be assured that Jolly Ann Marine will have the full line of these motors available as soon as they are released.
As the release gets closer we might even have a pre-order available.
October 2, 2013 at 2:38 pm #1198036I recently fished on a boat that had a prototype of the Xi5 on it. Let me just say, AWESOME!!! MotorGuide is still working on some features and I think this is going to be a top seller when it releases in the spring.
It has a wireless pedal and a wireless remote that both run all functions of the motor.
I personally can’t wait for it’s release. Consumers usually benefit from competition.

If I want to network my motor into my HDS with SS do I still need to make the NMEA back bone?
Your motor would network through a NMEA backbone network.
August 5, 2013 at 6:03 pm #1187669Sounds like you are doing everything right. I would give Minn Kota a call. If you are still under warranty they will send out a new foot pedal. Minn Kota – 800-227-6433
Good luck, let us know how everything turns out.
August 1, 2013 at 10:59 pm #1186946I don’t have a store front. If you look at units somewhere and decide which one you want I would gladly give you a free quote. I’ll do my best to save you some money. I don’t currently have any Garmin units listed on my site but I can get them at great prices. Let me know if I can help you in any way.
August 1, 2013 at 8:39 pm #1186901Shoot us an email at [email protected] before you pull the trigger. We can get you any of the Garmin units at our always low prices. We have free shipping and no sales tax for residents outside of Nebraska.
July 23, 2013 at 2:52 pm #1185061I’ve been having great luck with the deep cycle batteries from O’Reilly Auto Parts. I always buy the 31 series batteries. I’ve had them in 3 boats now and have not ever been let down with them. They can handle a lot of abuse. I’m on the water over 175 days a year and I easily get 3 seasons out of them.
FYI- I use only Minn Kota Digital chargers in my boats. I believe they are the best chargers out there for the money and they are a key factor in battery care for the long term.
July 23, 2013 at 2:45 pm #1185060Keep it up Brian. I need to get down there with you again. Maybe this time it won’t be 109 degrees out.
I’ve been trying to enjoy a few days off from fishing but it’s driving me crazy that I’m not out. I’m headed back to Sherman in a few days. Here’s to a great bite upon my return.
Maybe you should come up for a day?

April 13, 2013 at 11:54 am #1162243Great read Daryl!! Those Merritt muskies are incredible. I’ve landed a couple while walleye fishing and have also had a few heat up the drag while trolling only to break me off and leave me shaking my head. There are some beasts in Merritt including more than a couple that could probably whoop the state record.
April 10, 2013 at 10:46 am #1161063Both are great units. If you’ve had one brand before then you may find it easier to stick with the same brand.
The biggest difference between the 788 and the Elite 7 would be the screen size.March 22, 2013 at 12:51 am #1154936If the weather don’t play nice for fishing Wade and I might come up to see you.

Ben, I have a booster I got from Radio Shack. Really improved things in our pole building. I don’t have the brand name right off hand but can get it if your interested. It was about $300.
I would be interested in the brand and model. Thanks for your time.
March 18, 2013 at 12:05 am #1153158Sorry I didn’t see this earlier guys. I’ve been out of town this weekend.
