If it leaks when the well is full, you may want to check for a gap between the top cap and the live well. Tritons are noted for this. Just go around the rim with silicone. Hope this helps.

If all these theories are right, then what does a plastic worm represent? Including what color for whatever they represent.

I seen the show on Sat A.M. You were great! I don’t think I would have done any better on those lakes. Too bad you couldn’t have been on the river…… That boat looked like an airplane with all those rods! How do you keep track of them all? Anyway nice try for the north country.

You know, they should leave you alone if they know YOU. Especially not to fish on top of you. But they buy a licence just like we all do. And it is public waterways. So even if it is un ethical, there is really nothing you can do about it……..IMO

I was on 10 Sunday also. I did manage a small limit in the rain. There weren’t many boats out. I quit at noon. Too cold and wet. Nascar by the fire was nice….

a swimming jig can be a great tool at times. just like everything else. sometimes it out fishes spinnerbaits other times not. i use it on sandbars also. Bob’s Baitshop in LX has a good slection of swimming jigs. i like the ones made by Dave’s Tournament Tackle. there is no magic bait out there. this is just another way to catch fish at certain times….

you are right on with your report. I was on pool 10 all weekend. Had about the same success. I did catch some 3 pounders . But they were few and far between. They were in the wood in the sloughs in current. Real unusual September. I don’t find them in the lakes yet either. Maybe in a week or two….

I’m no biologist, but it sure looks like bacteria to me. Maybe something growing in the warmer water. If we are lucky it will stay in the one lake…..
