I think that Schaffer Archery kicks out some of the best
Archery products. On my old Legacy I put a Schaffer Mat 1 on it and It was awesome. ON my Reezen I put on a Mat Gen 11 and a Schaffer Oppositon sight and they’re awesome.

I got one last Christmas a Nikon Archer’s Choics and so far I like it. The reason I decided to get one is because I
missed judge the distance on a big buck and I watched the
arrow sail beneath his body. So now hopefully next fall if
that happens again I’ll know my yardage and put the right pin on the target.

    Hey Guys,
Hopefully get a deer in 2011. Also shoot more and I recently got a Nikon Archers Choice rangerfinder so I’ll try not to blow it when a P@Y shows up. Also find a few more places to hunt and maybe look at some of the newer
trail cameras out there with longer battery life.

Hunting some of the river bottoms and public hunting tracts around home. Looking to try to end my 3 year drought
and kill a deer next fall. Pretty much just going to bowhunt.

I would have to agree the Z7 extreme is one sweet shooting bow. I think this year I’m sticking with my Reezen
    for now.

    Hey Guys,
I guess I’ll have to settle for tag soup this year. I’ve had opportunities this year at some quality bucks
and blew them. The fist opportunity came on Oct.29 I had
good buck come out and I mis judge the range I thought he
was 20 yards but I think it was more like 25 as the arrow
flew right under the buck and the buck didn’t evan know what happened. The next opportunity came on Nov.4 and I
missed a solid PY caliber buck. So I went out the next day
and shot my Reezen and everything was on so I think I had a case of buck fever. I guess this season wasn’t all bad and I’ll have to thank the deer gods for those opportunities. On a side note I saw more bucks than does which was wierd and all of my best hunts came on public land.

I’m hoping to get out for Christmas Eve hunt on a spot that has sugar beets and cut sunflowers and corn close buy.
I think I might have to make a ground blind and try to get one on the ground.

    Hey Guys,
I went out today and had slow evening in the Treestand.
I really liked my Lone Wolf Alpa Assault it’s really quiet in this cold weather my other stands like Big Game are loud
as hell this time a year. Maybe I’ll go out on Sunday but I’ve got to get going on my Christmas shopping.

    Hey Guys,
I’m still out there and trying to get my deer. I think right know it’s brown it’s down. The deer in my area are
really starting to group up and feed on beans and corn. I tell you what it’s pretty amazing the numbers of deer that
you see. It also shows you just about how bad the Buck to
Doe ratio is as there seems to by way too many does.

Yeah that is an amazing buck. I hope somebody that has a real job gets that one. It’s too bad know days that some situations money talks when it comes to big bucks. The days of knocking on doors in some areas might be over.

    Hey Rob,
I find it interesting and another thing to try to accomplish is filming yourself and trying to shoot a deer.
Good luck and hopefully next time you will get lucky.

I don’t think Chilly will ever survive this season. If they don’t win tomarrow his fate is sealed and he’ll be looking employment somewhare else.

    Hey Guys,
Went out last Friday night and missed a good buck with my
Reezen thought he was at 20 he was more like 25 yards. I just missed him by inches at the most as the arrow went right below his vitals. I was out last Saturday and Sunday
and passed on two other bucks. I went out last night and say nothing. I’ve seen bucks sparring but no chasing yet I
think that it’s close. But too some of you it won’t matter
because the orange army will be out and push alot of bucks
to go nocturnal therefore after Saturday most of the rutting activity will occur after dark.
