They work great for keeping any set up off the floor and safe in any situation ive came across, I fish lake michigan and the good lord serves up some pretty sporty rides…
I wouldn’t go 10 ply on 1/2 ton, I’m in the market as well for a 1/2 ton tires as well and I’m leaning towards the Falken Wildpeak at3w good reviews, price and mile warranty.
185 trophy is a great option, we pulled the trigger in 2015 and has been a great all around boat from family lake days to fishing salmon on the great lakes. Purchased from Lacannes in fairbult great all around experience. Good Luck in your decision.
My Dad had the same thing happen only reason we could come up with is they were to full of grease when put together, I was following him when it happened thank the good fella upstairs it didn’t hit my new truck and boat. They came off as soon as we hit highway speed on 35.
#1 Research model of trailer and it should have what pads to use, I know my trailer manual gives you replacement part # you can get at most auto parts stores. No metallic pads they rust away.
#2 take old pads (parts) off and bring to auto store for matching replacement parts.
Smith & wesson performance center 40 fits the bill for me. Fit is good and shoot it well for a compact carry gun, also consider a pelican case for in the boat for water protection, with me 24 7 365
Resort is big enough for 3 guys as far as the pro I just upgraded to a thermal shack this year (lodge pro) and all I can say is wow! So warm, so much better in windy conditions and rock solid! Back to the resort thoughts…very heavy, bulky and will only fit in a 8′ truck bed or similar just food for thought. Hope it helps and good luck in your decision. (LEDs are a must also)
