    Turkey injected with apple cider butter and 4 hour smoke with applewood and a little hickory. Secret family stuffing recipe. The rest i could do with or without! Lol

    I only do the “Spatchcock” method when I’ve got a bird that exceeds the 13to 14 pound weight. Mine this past Thanksgiving was 18 pounds, I brined it a did the spatchcock method the evening before, I pulled it out of the 230 degree smoker when the thickest part of the breast meat was @ 156 degrees.

    I got a couple cheap .58 cents s lb turkey at Wally World, going to do some experiments, been craving brined apple wood smoked/grilled turkey
