As a rule I won’t cook up new plastic to try colors that can work against each other and this sexy shad with both blue and chartreuse I figured would go green on me using a twin injector to get a decent color split so I thinned out some colors already in cups and tried them. Not bad. Looks just like a commercial product’s color…which was the goal.
The top three baits are 2 1/2″ long. The bottom three are 1 7/8″ long but not nearly as thick so I got a good idea of how well the two colors will play with each other.
