This was sort of a challenge from another site or at least the concept to make these was laid out there. I modified a mold that makes collarless 1/16 and 3/32 heads and cleaned out some space to fit the springs in after they were threaded onto the hooks. It didn’t take all that long to do the mill work and cast these as prototypes. The hook size in both heads is #2….Owner 6318 hooks to be exact.

Threading baits on the hooks/springs can be a challenge as I have found out, but it can be done. One thing for sure is that once the bait is mounted its not likely to get cast off.

Now I know I can make the jigs but it isn’t too likely I’ll be making hundreds of them lol

I just mod’d my jig mold so my 1/16 takes a 4/0. Should work great on 3-way
