New this season from Do-It Molds is the Diner Shiner. In lieu of the traditional collar it uses the wire plastic keeper. The mold has six cavities and make 1/16, 1/8, 3/16, 1/4, 5/16, and 3/8 head sizes. All have the recessed eye pocket. The mold is an easy caster and the sprues break off very cleanly.

Here are some 1/16 and 1/8 ounce heads finished using an airbrush and having 2mm and 2.5mm eyes respective of head size.

    Tom,

These jigs look really nice. These have to be airbrushed. What type of paints/clear coat are you using to get this finished product ?

I’m spraying createx in the pearl, fluorescent and standard colors. I mix the pearls with either of the other types to get the colors I want. The purple pearl and fluor orange are right out of the bottle. Some need a touch of reducer but most are good to go from the bottle. The finish after the eyes are applied is CSSeal Coat, dip and drip.
