Sure sure…you guys make fun of this. But when we are saved from our rivers being over run with Asian carp by the lowly flathead catfish…you’ll still not give them any respect.
PS Flatheads are one tough fish.

Skeleton? He’s just digesting the cheeks before vomiting the rest out.
That walleye must have been huge relative to the size of the flathead. It always amazes me when I see pictures of fish eating fish almost as big as themselves. Makes me wonder what the circumstances surrounding it was, because unless the fish is a pike with clamping teeth, how is a fish able to do that! It’s not like the smaller fish is daring the bigger fish and he isn’t going to go willingly.
