I would eat them.
Those look like Honey Mushrooms (Armillaria mellea). For Honey Mushrooms, they need to have a gills with a white spore print, erect dark brown to black fibers/hairs over the cap center, somewhat sticky cap. Stems have skirtlike ring. Cap is yellow to salmon brown. On wood or buried wood. Be sure to carefully ID them and be 100% sure.
Note: Do not eat these raw or undercooked! They can cause a most unpleasant gastrointestinal upset if eaten raw or undercooked. I’ve known several folks who ignored that warning and had a bad experience. Some folks experience GI upset even when cooked properly. I usually parboil mine for several minutes, discard the water, wash off and then cook them. Not sure the parboiling is necessary but we’ve never had an issue.
When first trying a new mushroom only eat a small amount. Even Morels can cause GI upsets in some individuals. If these are Honey mushrooms, they have a good flavor and are versatile for use (after . I generally only use the young caps that are not expanded. Stems can be tough and one can remove them.
Three somewhat similar, toxic mushrooms to be especially careful of and not mistake for Honey Caps are the Deadly Galerina, Jack-O-Lantern, and Big Laughing Gym.
Again, you need to be 100% sure of what you are eating…the potential consequences are not like eating a rock bass instead of a sunfish.
