Zucchini bread

    I just pulled 2 loaves of Zucchini bread out of the oven.
    Gotta love this time of year. It’s a great time for baking.

    I’m not much for zucchini bread or any of the pumpkin breads but I love to bake. I did an apple pie a few days ago and Ma suggested that maybe I do another. SOON, as she put it. Great color on the bread though!

    Almost that time of year again! I got a giant zucchini from the neighbor over the weekend and decided to make some bread last night. I know it’s only August, but it sure smelled like Fall in my kitchen last night!

    I’m guessing Zucchini bread would give a Spam loaf a good run for the money.
