You Never Know What’s Coming Next

I have to work a night shift for a big water main shutdown tonight and promised to take the Boys fishing today.

We kept it simple and hit the bank of the St. Louis River. They had a blast and caught six species in two hours (didn’t get a picture of the gobies)

Ben said, “Dad, this is awesome, you never know what’s coming next”

To which I replied, “Life is a lot like fishing the river with crawlers”

Every time I see those kids I shake my head at how time fly’s. Won’t be long and they will be driving.

We’re in a green area, just wrapping up and finishing backfilling right now. Fun fun…
