Yamaha Rubber Oil Cap Cracked

    Just going through and doing some routine maintenance on my 200 HPDI and I noticed that the oil reservoir cap is cracked. I don’t know if this is something that needs to be taken care of immediately or something that can be postponed for a few trips.

    If it’s like my merc the cap needs to seal or it overflows when it runs.

    Yamaha doesnt pressurize their oil tank. Some wheather checking is normal on them. I wouldnt wait too long but its not hurting anything.
