Yamaha F25 question and transom height question

Hey guys I am going to buy a Lowe 1648 my aura Jon boat. I have a question. Lowe boats website says the 1648 mt aura transom is 20in but my dealer I want to buy it from says it is 15in tall. Anyone know what’s up with this? And once I buy it in a week or two I’m going to get a Yamaha F25 for it. Do I need to get a 15 in short shaft tiller or a 20 in long shaft tiller? How does that work? If my boat ends up being 15 in transom get the 15in short shaft or if it is 20in transom get the 20 in long shaft tiller? Are they interchangeable on Jon boats?? Thanks in advance

The devil is in the details. Like you mentioned, the Lowe website lists the transom height on the MT as 20″, but all of the other 1648’s are 15″. The “T” version must indicate the higher transom.

This dealer has both the 1648M Aura and the 1648MT Aura in their listing, you can see that the “MT” model transom does not dip-down.
