WX2060 – Transducer location

I just recently ordered a new 2021 WX2060 from SBC and I’m bringing my Lowrance TI2 units I already own to mount. My question is, where do you mount the 3-in-1 lowrance transducer? There doesn’t seem to be much room underneath in these boats. Do they make a y cable so you can run a 2D (for high speed) and the 3-in-1 just for side and down imaging?

Just wondering if any guys have this set up already.

The TI2 units do not accept wired ethernet, so that is not an option for me, but I will be networking two units together wirelessly at the dash.

Most do something like this. I would just talk to the guys at SBC and ask them what they like to do.

On my Humminbird install, they used a Y cable so that you could mount both the high speed, and side image also. I would think it would be the same for yours also. Just ask them, they’ll know.

I do like the plate mounting. If you do ever want to change you can just do it without drilling new holes in the fiberglass.
